Steven’s passion for making sense of the world of work and his belief in the power of evidence-based decision making led to the formation of LabourX. For more than two decades, Steven’s career has been dedicated to research and policy development. He has worked on a range of cross-disciplinary subject matters in countries across the globe, including Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America while holding senior positions at international, national and sub-national levels of government.
Recently, he was responsible for the start-up and growth of a national institute in Canada dedicated to providing data in innovative ways to facilitate and support career, education and workplace choices.
Leveraging that experience, Steven’s goal now is to make LabourX the go-to resource for decision-makers looking for strategic research, insights and solutions to shape policy-making in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
