Steven’s passion for making sense of the world of work and his belief in the power of evidence-based decision making led to the formation of LabourX. For more than two decades, Steven’s career has been dedicated to research and policy development. He has worked on a range of cross-disciplinary subject matters in countries across the globe, including Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America while holding senior positions at international, national and sub-national levels of government.
Steven's aim is to make LabourX the go-to resource for decision-makers looking for strategic research, insights and solutions to shape policy-making in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
